The Macallan Presents An Evening Of Fine Whisky
Join us on Thursday, May 9th, as we delve into the rich history of one of the world’s most esteemed Single Malt Scotch Whiskies. With a legacy spanning two centuries, The Macallan distillery crafts some of the most exquisite whiskies, sought after by connoisseurs worldwide.
You’ll enjoy a whisky on arrival before indulging in a guided tasting of four coveted expressions of The Macallan, alongside an inspired modern nostalgic menu from Executive Chef Blaze Young (Nieuw Ruin, Edward & Ida’s, WA Good Food Guide ‘Young Chef of the Year’ 2022).

Join us as we welcome Starward Whisky to Foxtrot Unicorn on Wednesday 11 October for a super special tasting event. We’ll be celebrating the launch of a secret new Starward product that is touted as their most exciting limited release yet!

Whipper Snapper Whiskey Masterclass
Come on down Wednesday 30 August to share a whiskey with Jimmy McKeown, owner and Master Distiller of Perth's award-winning Whipper Snapper Distillery .
You’ll enjoy a cocktail on arrival before Jimmy takes you on a guided tasting of their distinctly Western Australian Whiskies and the Whipper Snapper journey - from a couple of mates in a shed in Scarborough to winning World's Best Single Cask, Single Grain Whiskey at the 2022 World Whiskies Awards.
Tickets are $70 per person and include a cocktail, light grazing and tastings of four whiskies.
