Join us as we welcome Starward Whisky to Foxtrot Unicorn on Wednesday 11 October for a super special tasting event. We’ll be celebrating the launch of an exciting new bottling.
Their signature red wine barrel matured whisky is aged for an additional 18 months in ex-Lagavulin peated Scotch whisky casks to create the smokiest Starward yet. The only place that Perth whisky lovers will be able to taste this pre-release is via this masterclass.
During the session, we’ll be exploring Starward’s innovative use of cask varieties to create their award-winning Australian Whiskies.
On the evening we’ll be showcasing a total of 6 whiskies: Four Starward core range, a special single barrel expression that was selected especially for tasting during this session, and our latest limited release. As well as a cocktail on arrival, light grazing and jaffle platters and a bottled cocktail to take home on the night. There may even be an additional surprise on the evening!
